Creative Cad Design & Drafting Centre, established in 2005 by Er. Cini C Thomas, B.Tech, MIE, is a reputable Civil Engineering Consultancy and Drafting firm. Located above Punjab National Bank in the Logos Building, Kottayam, Kerala, the firm has been operating as a sole proprietorship since 2009.

Er. Cini, a Registered Civil Engineer under the Department of Urban Affairs, Government of Kerala, holds Chartered Engineer status in Civil Engineering and is a member of the Institute of Engineers. Additionally, she is a Competent Person under the Factories & Boilers Act 1948, authorized to issue Stability certificates for Factory Buildings.

 

Prior to establishing the consultancy, Er. Cini gained valuable experience working in Negara Brunei Darussalam from 1996 to 2004 as an Engineer in charge of both site and office operations. She completed her graduation from M.A. College of Engineering, Kothamangalam in 1992.
